CSU Employment and Conflicts of Interest and Incompatible Activities

California State University employees are considered public officials subject to laws and regulations on incompatible activities, and laws, regulations and court decisions related to conflict of interests, ethics and use of public information for personal gain. The CSU Chancellor's Office has prepared a new tech letter, HR 2005-05, for all current and future employees regarding CSU Employment and Conflicts of Interest and Incompatible Activities at www.calstate.edu/HRAdm/pdf2005/HR2005-05.pdf.
