Michael Carney, professor, Finance, Real Estate & Law, presented an update of third quarter 2004 real estate trends and a forecast for the year ahead at the Quarterly Luncheon Meeting of the Real Estate Research Council of Southern California on Dec. 2, 2004, at Kellogg West. In August 2004, Carney delivered a featured real estate presentation on “Southern California Residential Trends” at the Appraisal Institute’s 10th Annual Conference at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.
