Renowned jazz musician Jeff Clayton will join the Cal Poly Pomona Jazz Band in a special performance directed by Assistant Professor Dave Kopplin on Tuesday, Nov. 30, at 8 p.m. in the Music Recital Hall. Clayton is a leading figure in contemporary music. He studied music at Cal State Northridge, but left his formal studies when he joined Stevie Wonder on the road.
