Our 2004-05 budget has been finalized, providing the opportunity to review some policy changes initiated last January during the budget crisis. In an effort to better facilitate our business practices for the upcoming year, I am pleased to provide everyone with the most current policy on the hiring of student assistants, travel, as well as procedures for procurement, employment and compensation.
