Governor Schwarzenegger has signed two bills, SB 1785 and SB 1415, that aim to improve the transfer process from the community colleges to the California State University. SB 1785, by Sens. Scott and Alpert, requires the CSU and the community colleges to develop a clearer and more effective transfer path for community college students.
