The Real Estate Research Council of Southern California (RERC) will host its quarterly luncheon meeting, this time focusing on the topic Foreclosures Will Increase 1,500 Percent Between 2005 and 2010. The event will be held Thursday, Sept. 2, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:40 p.m., in the Kellogg West Conference Center.
