The year may only be halfway through, but Cal Poly Universities in Pomona and San Luis Obispo already have their eyes on New Year's Day. The two universities' Rose Float Associations have finalized the design for their 57th entry into the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade, "Elefun Time."
