An inaugural celebration for the CSU/UC Irvine Joint Ed.D. Program in Educational Administration and Leadership took place on April 27 at UC Irvine. At this event, Joan Bissell, dean of the College of Education & Integrative Studies, was honored with a Special Recognition Award for her involvement with the year-old doctoral program.
