The Collins School of Hospitality Management students are helping to collect library books for the newly-developed School of Arts and Enterprise. Students in HRT 383, the class that runs dinner shifts at the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch on campus, will collect new and used books of fiction and nonfiction that are suitable for young adult readers.
