The Theatre department will stage Oscar Wilde's play "The Importance of Being Earnest" from Feb. 20-29 in the University Theatre. The production is directed by professor Robert G. Leigh. In the farcical comedy, two friends assuming the identity "Earnest" learn the name's true meaning as they court women in Victorian society.
