In celebration of Black History Month, honor and celebrate the contributions elders have made in the Black community at the Elders Reception on Tuesday, Feb. 24. The time and location of the reception has been changed to 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Black Infant Health Program, 170 W. Willow Ave. in Pomona. Directions from campus: Take the 10 freeway east, exit Garey Avenue and turn left onto N. Garey Avenue. The Black Infant Health Program is located on the left-hand side in the Sav-On parking lot.
