Diahann Harris, administrative coordinator in Apparel Merchandising & Management, would like to thank the Cal Poly Pomona community for its support, love and prayers after the passing of her 18-year-old son, Blake Harris, who died in a tragic accident on Jan. 20. Harris said that the cards and prayers gave her strength to carry on each day during a very difficult time in her life. ?I truly have been blessed that God gave me Blake for 18 wonderful years,? she said. ?The memories that we shared will carry me through each day until I am re-united with him.?
