The California State University is urging faculty to identify and sponsor promising junior, senior and graduate students, especially those from underrepresented groups in their fields, for the California Pre-Doctoral Program. The program is designed to increase the pool of potential faculty by supporting the doctoral aspirations of CSU students who have experienced economic and educational disadvantages.
