A four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 632 Tangier Place in Pomona is being offered to faculty and staff at a price of $165,000. The house was built in 1956 as a tract home for professionals in the area. The property will have certain restrictions that require resale of the home to faculty and staff or the foundation and will include pricing limitations.
