The Farm Store at Kellogg Ranch is offering fresh holiday fruit gift baskets and packs that are available to purchase through Wednesday, Dec. 31.
Prices are as follows:
- Deluxe Gift Pack — $25
- Navel Orange Gift Pack — $12.50
- Satsuma Mandarin Gift Pack — $20
- Tropical Gift Pack — $30
- Create Your Own Gift Basket — $10 and up
The Farm Store currently has the following Cal Poly Pomona grown items available for the gift packs: navel oranges, satsuma mandarins, oro blanco grapefruits, avocados, kiwis, lemons, limes, pineapple, mango, papaya, starfruit, banana, cherimoya, guava and sugarcane.
While the fruits are washed to remove dust and dirt, the Farm Store does not use any insecticides or fungicides on the fruits.
To purchase a fruit basket or pack, visit the Farm Store (Building 211) or call (909) 869-4906. Discount coupons on holiday gift packs, including a ?buy one, get the second at half-price,? are available at the store. Store hours are: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Gift basket proceeds help to support the students and educational programs of the Horticulture, Plant & Soil Sciences department.
