California?s State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O'Connell will give a speech on ?Policy and Politics in California Education? on Friday, Nov. 14, at Cal Poly Pomona. O?Connell?s presentation will be 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Kellogg West Main Conference Center.
