Three Cal Poly Pomona student-athletes have won academic honors. Tara Chance, the top defensive player on the Bronco women?s soccer team, Jonathan Bornstein, the leading scorer for the past two seasons for men?s soccer, and Kimberly Van Beek, a top player on the women?s volleyball team, have been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-America College Division District VIII teams.
