The Collins School of Hospitality Management will host hundreds from the wine and food industry during Harvest Auction 2003, scheduled Saturday, Nov. 8, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Los Angeles Marriott Downtown. Proceeds from the annual black-tie gala will support scholarships as well as the upgrade of classroom and laboratory space.
