The campus community gathered together in preparation for a new academic year on Sept. 22 at Fall Conference 2003, lead by Cal Poly Pomona?s new President J. Michael Ortiz. In his inaugural State of the University address during the annual all-university breakfast and convocation, President Ortiz reflected on the university?s past accomplishments and shared his goals for the new year.
