Cal Poly Pomona?s PeopleSoft Student Administration (SA) project team recently held a Bronco Round-Up party to mark the crossover into the final phase of the project implementation process. The group celebrated many milestones accomplished thus far, including:
Cal Poly Pomona began the planning phase for the project in October 2002, and the implementation process began in January 2003. The university?s core implementation team consists of 14 members who represent Admissions, Academic Programs, Financial Aid, Financial Services, Institutional Research & Planning, Registrar?s Office and Instructional & Information Technology. PeopleSoft is an information management software system that supports finance, student and human resources operations. The PeopleSoft Project is a system-wide effort to use technology to develop consistency in reporting information at the 23 different CSU campuses.
