The university community is being asked to actively participate in the planning process for the University Library addition/renovation project through workshops. The library addition will add 135,000 gross square feet of needed library space and renovate 23,750 gross square feet of the existing ground floor which will provide enhanced reading areas, group study rooms, academic lectures spaces and more. Workshop dates and times are as follows: Monday, Sept. 22, 12:30-3:30 p.m.; Tuesday, Sept. 30, 1-4 p.m.; Wednesday, Oct. 1, 9 a.m. to noon; and Tuesday, Oct. 14, 9 a.m. to noon. All workshops are held in the University Library Conference Room 315.
