Lovellie "Happy"  Almogela , associate director for residence life, University Housing Services, has been selected as president-elect for the Western Association of College and University Housing Officers (WACUHO). She will serve as president-elect during 2003-04, and as president during 2004-05. WACUHO's membership includes student housing officers at colleges and universities throughout the western United States.
