Cal Poly Pomona?s 2003 commencement schedule will include eight different ceremonies over a three-day span beginning Friday, June 13. All ceremonies this year will take place in the University Quad, adjacent to the Campus Center Marketplace (Building 97). To view streaming video of the ceremonies, click here.

Marsha Johnson Evans, president and chief executive officer of the American Red Cross, will be the commencement speaker for the College of Science graduation ceremony on Sunday, June 15.

Other speakers include a United States congresswoman, an undersecretary at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the superintendent of the Los Angeles County Office of Education, three business executives and the co-founder of the Pomona Arts Colony.

Friday, June 13

Saturday, June 14
9 a.m. – College of Business Administration, Mark S. ?Mickey? Segal, president, Assante Business Management
4 p.m. ? College of Agriculture, Dr. Elsa Murano, undersecretary for food safety, USDA
7:30 p.m. ? College of Letters, Arts & Social Sciences, Grace Napolitano, U.S. representative, California?s 38th District

Sunday, June 15
10 a.m. ? The Collins School of Hospitality Management, Michael Handlery, senior vice president, Handlery Hotels
4 p.m. ? College of Education & Integrative Studies, Darline Robles, superintendent, Los Angeles County Office of Education
7:30 p.m. – College of Science, Marsha Johnson Evans, president & CEO, American Red Cross

In addition, commencement for International Polytechnic High School will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16.

Tickets are not required for any of this year?s commencement ceremonies. Attendees are advised to arrive at least one hour prior to the scheduled start.
