University Job Fair Focuses on Careers in Education

Despite talk of a recession and higher unemployment rates, credentialed educators continue to be in high demand. Those interested in a career in education can meet representatives from more than 40 school districts throughout Southern California during Cal Poly Pomona's Education Expo.

Organized by the university?s Career Center, the free job fair will be Thursday, May 1, 1-5 p.m. in the Bronco Student Center. Participants are encouraged to dress professionally and bring resumes.
