The International Center?s Political Advocacy Training for Bulgarian Municipal Associations was recently recognized on the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) training Web site as a ?Success Story.? The program took place in November 2000 and was managed by Jean Aigner, director of the International Center, and facilitated by Maria Harris, from the political science department.
