The Chancellor's Office has arranged a Web broadcast of the plenary sessions of the Budget Summit scheduled for Friday, March 14 for those people who might be interested in observing the activities of the day. The opening session is
scheduled to occur from 10 a.m. to noon, and then the full group assembles again from 2:40 to 4:00 p.m. when the breakout groups report back on their discussions.
