Aside from classroom lectures and full course meals at the student-run restaurant, The Collins School of Hospitality Management will be serving up a career fair at Cal Poly Pomona on Thursday, Feb. 20. Co-hosted by the university?s Career Center, the 10th annual Hospitality Career Expo will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch (Building 79C) in The Collins School.
