| Staff Development Academy |
Due to popular demand, the university is presenting 3-day Staff Development Academy workshops tailored to the meet the needs of Cal Poly Pomona staff.
The Staff Development Academy is a centrally funded three-day intensive training program designed specifically for Cal Poly Pomona. The Staff Training Advisory Council (STAC), consisting of representatives appointed from each division, has met regularly since the beginning of the year regarding management and staff training needs, resources, programs, and planning.
The Staff Development Academy offers three 3-day sessions: August 20-22, August 27-29, and September 10-12. Participants can sign up for any one of these sessions by faxing a completed registration card to Staff and Development Training at (909) 869-2926. The workshops will be held in the England Evans Room, University Union, Building 35 from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. Lunch and refreshments will also be provided.
