Cal Poly Pomona’s rankings, the Faculty and Staff Campaign and a new app called MyCPP are the top stories in President Ortiz’s video message this week.
A new “Social Mobility Index” confirms that Cal Poly Pomona changes students’ lives. The index, which was created by PayScale and CollegeNet, ranked the university fourth nationally among educational institutions that help low-income students achieve financial success after graduation.
In addition, the Department of Architecture earned high rankings from DesignIntelligence. It is No. 18 in the United States and No. 5 in the West. Individual programs in the college also achieved high rankings.
