Graduation Writing Test

Remember to advise students to take the GWT.  If a student has completed 90 units they are eligible to take the GWT. If they have completed 120 units and have not taken the GWT, they will receive a hold.  The hold will restrict their ability to register for classes. To remove the hold, students need to register for the GWT through Bronco Direct and pay the test fee via BroncoDirect or at the Cashiers Office.  An e-mail will be sent to their Cal Poly Pomona e-mail account that includes information for the day of the test. For more information, visit

Homes for Sale at Fair Oaks Walk and Kellogg Tract

Two townhomes in the Fair Oaks Walk complex and one home in Kellogg tract are currently available for sale. Fair Oaks Walk townhomes were specifically built for the benefit of Cal Poly Pomona faculty and staff. Unlike traditional home ownership, a buyer will purchase the home but lease the land from Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, greatly reducing costs and enabling university professionals and affiliates to own a home near Cal Poly Pomona. For more information on the available townhomes, visit www.FairOaksWalk.com. If you desire information on the home available in our Kellogg Tract Community, visit https://www.foundation.cpp.edu/ha/forsale.aspx.
