Credit Union Launches Financial Literacy Video on Demystifying Mortgages

The Cal Poly Federal Credit Union hosts monthly videos on a variety of financial topics. March’s educational focus is how to compare mortgages. Free Tax Prep and Filing

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program offers free tax preparation and filing for most taxpayers whose gross income is $54,000 or less. Reserve a spot at one of three locations to have highly-trained accounting students from the College of Business Administration help maximize your return. Dates run through April 1. CSU Million Shoe Campaign Collection

Collecting for the CSU Million Shoe Campaign shoe drive continues through April 30. A collaboration with Soles4Souls, the shoes are donated to poor and homeless people as well as victims of fires, floods and tornados. Collection boxes for new and gently used shoes will be at the residence halls/suites, the BSC, the BRIC, the Bronco Bookstore, each Cultural Center, the Office of Student Life and at athletics events. New “IT Service Order” Online Process

The Division of Information Technology (IT) has launched its new “IT Service Order” process, replacing the legacy “Telecom Work Order.” The new “IT Service Order” process provides a streamlined, completely online process for requesting estimates, ordering telephone and network services, or requesting repairs. For access, locate the IT Service Order in the Service Now Catalog or go to eHelp and click on “Get It.”

Cal Poly Pomona Night at Angel Stadium Tickets

Tickets for the Friday, April 21 Cal Poly Pomona Night at Angel Stadium are now on sale at the ASI Games Room. Tickets are $13 and include a Cal Poly Pomona/Angels cap. Seats are in Section 134, 135, 231, 232 and 233, which have a face value of $27. Tickets with a cap voucher are limited and must be purchased through Cal Poly Pomona to receive the cap. All guests in attendance will also receive an Angels superhero cape. The game is the Angels vs. Blue Jays, with a start time of 7:07 p.m. Game Day parking is $10.
