Engineering Dean Receives National Honors

Joseph Rencis, dean of the College of Engineering.

Joseph Rencis, dean for the College of Engineering, receives the 2019 Isadore T. Davis Award for Excellence in Collaboration of Engineering Education and Industry from the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE). Selected for Rencis’ history of leadership in engineering and engineering technology education, he currently serves as ASEE’s Engineering Deans Council Executive Board director, and has served as the 2015-16 ASEE president and in many more roles in the national organization.
