Pasindu Senaratne and his running mate, Rachel Hunter, will serve as the 2019-20 president and vice president, respectively. “I believe the key to success is transparency,” said Senaratne, who served as ASI vice president this academic year. “I want to engage and connect individuals within the campus to not only heighten their college experience, but also improve the reputation of CPP.” Hunter, who served this academic year as a senator-at-large, has called student-run clubs “the backbone of student engagement” and says she envisions “an ASI with the primary function of empowering clubs so that they can give students a place where they belong.
