Having the form on file will eliminate the need for employees to return and sign benefit enrollment documents for all transactions including: new enrollment, open enrollment changes, and any changes resulting from a family status change for all benefit transactions, health, dental, FlexCash and the flexible spending accounts (Health and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, HCRA and DCRA).
