The Office of Institutional Risk, Department of Risk Management is kicking off its monthly Business Continuity Forums. Our goal is to build a culture of resilience for our students, faculty & staff. In doing so, each month you can look forward to learning about the ongoing process of business continuity planning, available resources and initiatives on campus. These forums are geared towards providing business continuity information, training and resources for planning facilitators.
Each forum will be an hour, refreshments will be provided.
- The 1st ½ hour will cover business continuity education, on how to build and maintain a resilient culture and how to effectively prepare for adverse events.
- The 2nd ½ hour will provide the campus community, planning facilitators the opportunity to provide feedback on business continuity planning and initiatives they would like to see on campus.

The forums can only accommodate up to 40 individuals and are targeted for business continuity facilitators. Please be sure to RSVP when you receive your invite via email each month.
January invites have already been emailed to all business continuity facilitators. If you, or someone you know, have been designated to work on your departments continuity plan and need to be added to the business continuity email distribution list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
