The Department of Emergency Management and the Office of Institutional Risk will be holding monthly emergency management forums in 2018.
These forums will provide emergency management information, training and resources to campus, first responders and campus community personnel. Faculty, staff and students can learn about emergency management programs and initiatives on campus.
Each forum will be an hour, and refreshments will be provided.
- The first half will cover emergency management education and emergency operation procedures during situations such as earthquakes, fires, lockdown/active shooters, bomb threats, hazardous chemical spills, emergency evacuations and medical emergency responses.
- The second half is an opportunity for the campus community and stakeholders to share their feedback on emergency management initiatives they would like to see on campus.
