2 p.m. Update from IT: Microsoft is continuing to recover its service and the processing of backlogged email message queues. Emails from off-campus are beginning to be delivered slowly. We expect the flow of backlogged email messages to increase over the course of the afternoon. We do not plan to send more updates unless there is anything significant to report.
Cal Poly Pomona is currently experiencing issues with receiving external email messages.
Messages from third-party email services, such as Yahoo or Gmail, or external email services, such as Constant Contact, are not being delivered.
Information Technology (IT) is working diligently on the issue. However, there is not time estimate on when the matter will be resolved. IT plans to send an update as soon as the issue is resolved.
