Cal Poly Pomona students looking to further their education will get a chance to meet with representatives from programs across the country at the Career Center’s annual Graduate and Professional School Fair.
The event is set for Thursday, Nov. 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the University Quad. A total of 87 schools have signed up to participate in the fair, said Tom Munnerlyn, Career Center director.
“We always have it at this time of year because students still have time to apply,” he says.
The event draws up to 1,000 students, he added.
Participants will hear about admissions criteria, curriculum and educational opportunities for the various programs.
Several CSU and UC campuses will send representatives. Also expected to attend are representatives from USC, Idaho State University and the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
