President’s Video Update for May 31

Posted on May 31, 2011

President Ortiz announces a major milestone of the comprehensive fundraising campaign: Drs. Art and Sarah Ludwick, longtime friends of the university, have established the Ludwick Professorship in Early Childhood Education in the College of Education & Integrative Studies.

The president’s weekly video message includes announcements about graduation celebrations by the academic and multicultural groups, including the Kellogg Honors College, ARCHES, College Reading Skills Program and the Lavender ceremony. For details about the celebrations, as well as the college commencement ceremonies on June 10 to 12, go to www.cpp.edu/commencement.

Ortiz extends his congratulations to students in the SAE Baja team, the men’s track and field team, the baseball team, and communications students who helped plan the Com Day symposium.
