The University Police department is investigating another instance of hate-based graffiti inside a residence hall. The graffiti in Aliso Hall was reported by a staff member at 4 a.m. on Saturday.
The tagging referenced several ethnicities and the LBGT community.
Earlier this month, similar offensive graffiti was found at Aliso Hall. As the investigation continues, officers are conducting interviews with residents and staff members.
The Office of Student Life, University Housing Services and the cultural centers have held open forums for students to discuss the issue and other concerns. The forums will continue through spring quarter.
