The National Weather Service has issued a severe weather bulletin for a wide stretch of Southern California. Impacted communities include South Central Los Angeles, Long Beach, Anaheim and Whittier.
Severe thunderstorms are capable of producing tornados, and residents are encouraged to use precaution when traveling. While feeling the impact of the heavy weather, Cal Poly Pomona remains open. Should there be a change that would impact classes and campus operations, news and additional information will be distributed via email and PolyCentric.
