Ann Overman-Scott Announces Retirement

Ann Overman-Scott, director of human resources for the Diversity, Human Resources and Employee Services department in the division of Administrative Affairs has decided to retire effective Feb. 28 after a 30-year career, including five years at Cal Poly Pomona.  

Prior to joining Cal Poly Pomona, Overman-Scott was employed at Azusa Pacific University and previously with World Vision International. During her time at Cal Poly Pomona, she served on numerous campus and system wide committees. She is currently on the Executive Committee for the CSU System Human Resources Directors, which supports all 23 campuses.  

Overman-Scott has been married to Rev. Lane Scott, Ph.D. for nine years. They have three children and three grandchildren living in the Inland Empire. Scott has been a tenured professor at the School of Theology at Azusa Pacific University for the past 40 years and has also been in administration for 25 years.
