Andy Abelman, director of Kellogg West Conference Center and Lodge, will have his recipe for BBQ Duck and Three Pepper Burrito featured in a cookbook “Chefs’ Specials of California: Signature Dishes and Favorite Recipes from Celebrated Chefs and Restaurants.” The cookbook is commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the California Restaurant Association and supports the CRA Educational Foundation.
